At Fresh N Glow, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great care in crafting and packing every product, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below before placing your order.

1. Returns & Replacements
Because our products are skincare and cosmetic items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your request must meet all of the following conditions:
- The request is raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and tags fully intact.
- Valid proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation) is provided.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered:
- Products that have been opened, used, or had their protective seal broken.
- Items returned without their original packaging, labels, or any included free gifts.
- Products purchased on sale, clearance, or under a promotional offer (unless they arrived damaged or defective).
- Free samples, complimentary gifts, and gift cards.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We’re truly sorry if your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please share:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product and the outer packaging.
- A clear, continuous unboxing video — this helps us verify the issue and is required for all damage or missing-item claims.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges you paid.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
- Message us on instagram @freshnglow__ with your order number and the reason for your request.
- Attach the required photos and/or video where applicable.
- Our team will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
- Please do not ship any product back before receiving confirmation from us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you’d like a different product or shade, please contact us within the 7-day window and we’ll help you arrange an exchange for an eligible, unused item, or you may place a new order.
6. Return Shipping
- If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other approved returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in return transit.
