Shipping Policy

We want your Fresh N Glow order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping details below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation once your order is placed, and tracking details once it ships.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on your location.
  • Metro cities usually receive orders faster than remote or non-metro areas.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Serviceable Areas & COD

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Cash on Delivery is available on eligible PIN codes, subject to courier serviceability, and is shown at checkout.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share a tracking link and AWB number via email/SMS so you can follow your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Failed Deliveries & Returns to Origin

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, or a COD order is refused, the parcel is returned to us. In such cases, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping (charges may apply) or, for prepaid orders, a refund of the product value (excluding shipping charges).

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a clear unboxing video, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
